Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, this snow falls on expansive state land in both Glimmerglass State Park and Gilbert Lake State Park. The fall, winter, and early spring months are the perfect times to score great off-season deals on accommodations in Cooperstown and the surrounding Otsego County.
